They couldn't have been a little bit more specific?

  • What You Will Hear:  Optimistic choral writing similar to Andrew Lockington's Journey 2: The Mysterious Island.  Also, some percolating synths and brief allusions to Gustav Holst's Mars: The Bringer of War and Johann Strauss' The Blue Danube
  • Standout Tracks:  The Endless Horizon, Mars, Blue Danube
  • Will You Be Humming Along?  Yes, but only to the welcome sounds of Holst and Strauss.  As for Werstheimer's contribution, perhaps not.
  • The piece this makes me want to dust off:  Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country - Cliff Eidelman
  • Will I come back to it?  No, it's a little to safe for a replay.  There are numerous clichés woven throughout this short soundtrack.  Overall, Journey To Space is a forgettable experience.
